    We accept most government-issued plans including Medicare
    Railroad Medicare
    Medicaid Colorado and Colorado Access

    If you have Denver Health Medicaid, you must go to a Denver Health facility. We are unable to take Denver Health Plan.

  • AARP

    We accept most AARP plans including Medicare vis United HealthCare. You may require a referral to see us. Please contact your primary care doctor for a referral request.

  • Aetna

    We participate in most plans, included Excel Choice, Aetna Medicare, Premier Care Network, Prime HMO, Prime PPO, Signature Administrator PPL, Whole Health and Banner Health
    We DO NOT participate with Aetna Whole Health

  • Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield
