Dr. Norton started Denver Vein Center in 2004 after many years of treating patients for venous disease in a hospital setting. Her research over the years showed that the efficacy of treating patients in the office for this disease was warranted. It also showed higher patient satisfaction.

Dr. Le joined Denver Vein Center in January of 2026. As a Board-Certified Vascular Physician, his experience and expertise brings another level of care to our patients.

Dr. Norton is a Registered Physician in Vascular Interpretation as well as a Registered Vascular Technologist.  Dr. Le is also a Registered Physician in Vascular Interpretation.  A Registered Physician in Vascular Interpretation (RPVI) is a specialized physician, often in vascular surgery, cardiology, or radiology, certified to interpret non-invasive vascular ultrasound studies. They analyze images of blood vessels and flow to diagnose conditions like varicose veins, deep vein thrombosis (DVT), aneurysms, and peripheral artery disease. This credential, awarded by the APCA, represents the highest standard in vascular ultrasound interpretation.
